Masks

What is a mask?
.

Except the ones that you see in a theater, except the ones that you wear for Halloween...

masks tend to be like a double skin for the face, a sort of drawing to improve a person`s image. And I would add here-personal improvement. Because sometimes a mask can inspire to pity.
One can put a fake smile on its face, can unleash a rain of tears, can play an entire match of words and can look like an entire art gallery…just to focus the other`s attention on a specific subject.

But you know what is funny about a mask? It hardly brakes. Like a bad habit- you enjoy it, even if it`s bad and once you get it , it sticks to the skin and becomes one with someone true self.

How many masks can a person have?
Many! Or none…

I think it`s hard our days for a person not to have any mask. Even if sometimes is just a transparent veil.
One can wear different masks depending on situations and persons.
What role does Miss T play tonight?
The mask it`s a way of protection.
Gossip: “You know that Mr. V dropped his mask the other day in front of his friends?!”
“You know that Mrs. D seems very kind and likable towards him .The other day, she dropped a small comment that she dislike his manners, but his money suit her . Imagine the poor girl!” Laughs.

Most of people tend to leave in their inner intimacy all the masks aside from the world. Natural with bruises and scars, dark rings, shining eyes and Vesuvian energy. A natural true beauty!

But sometimes the masks fallow us even in intimacy, like a shadow, like the ghost moving in the mirror.
It`s when we start to lie to ourselves.
It`s when the mask is no longueur a mask. It`s…you!
